The internet is one of humanity’s greatest inventions. It allows us to do so many things, and one of the key things it allows us to do is to shop around for products. In the past, whatever the product, we only had a few select places that we could buy them from, e.g. if you wanted to buy radiators, you generally had a choice of two or three shops in your local town centre, and they could price fix. Industry was much less competitive, and as such, the consumer had much less choice. The internet has put a stop to this, and now, the purchasing power is in our hands.

When buying radiators, we would almost always advise you to buy them online. The only exception would be if you really don’t know what you're doing, and you need in depth help and advice. Below, we’re going to explore five reasons why you should buy radiators online.

•    Design: the internet will have far more choice of designs than your local radiator shop will. You really should take a look at all the different styles of radiators before you make your choice, because they have changed a lot over the last 10 years. Today, you can even buy radiators that look like giant T-rex! They’re not to scale; that would be silly. Oh and here’s a little titbit for your: did you know that if T-rex were still around now, humans could out run them? Jurassic Park created myths!

•    Price: as we mentioned in the introduction, the internet has driven down prices immensely. You will usually find the best prices on the internet, and this is true for almost any product, not just radiators. You can sometimes find better prices in the real world shops, and you can use your online prices to haggle, but in general, the internet wins the price war every time.

•    Specifications: because there is far more choice online, you will be able to find radiators with a wider range of specifications than you will find in the shops.If there is something obscure that you want your radiators to do – maybe change colours when it’s hot, then you're much more likely to find that spec online. (Although, to be fair, we’re not sure colour-changing radiators even exist).

•    Btu calculators: when you shop online, you have at your fingertips plenty of technology to help you to make the correct decisions. For example, you will be able to use the Btu calculators to determine how much heat output you need the radiators to be able to produce.

•    Convenience: without a doubt, it’s so much more convenient to shop online. You don’t have to go out anywhere; you can do it from the comfort of your living room. Plus, they’ll deliver, so you don’t have to go to the hassle of trying to fit them all in your car.

As you can appreciate, when you buy radiators online there are key advantages. It often makes the most sense, unless, you need in-depth advice.
