The next part of the equation is heated. You need to have an adequate amount of heat alongside the ventilation to draw the moisture out of the air and furniture. You need to make sure that you have good radiators in every room and that they are sufficiently hot. For example, if you buy vertical column radiators, make sure that they can provide enough heat for the room as this style of radiator tends to be the less efficient and the horizontal radiators are.

Taken together, ventilation and heat will minimise the amount of moisture in your property and this will reduce the amount of condensation that is.
